Mtel awarded Mija Ivezić from Podgorica and Jelica Vuković from Žabljak with 1000 euros each.

The company MTEL presented the seventh prize of the competition "Together to the Top", in anticipation of the grand finale and the announcement of the best participant of the entire competition, which will be announced on December 15.

Director of the Department for Marketing, Sales and Customer Care, Milivoje Cerović expressed satisfaction that Ivezić collected a record 16.544 audience votes. "It just says that month after month the number of followers and people who want to vote is growing. On the other hand, Vuković brought us an interesting life story and a work that shows that what at first glance is not absolutely appealing to the audience, from the point of view of our jury is recognized as very high quality," he added.

He also pointed out that they have sincerely and very much devoted themselves to a specific campaign such as "Together to the top", which marks a decade and a half of work in Montenegro. "It is wonderful that in all these seven rounds so far, we have awarded various forms of creativity of our people - mostly young people, which is very nice. This means that we don't have to worry about that part of our creativity and future. There is still the final one left, next month we will round off the celebration of 15 years of our company's existence and continue to monitor and encourage everyone in their development and work".

Student of the third grade of graphic design at "Petar Lubarda" High School of Fine Arts in Cetinje Mia Ivezić from Podgorica she thanked for the opportunity to express her talent and skills in a different way. "I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the 'Together to the top' project, where young people can express their talent and creativity in their own way. Given that I am a student of the High School of Fine Arts, the idea came to me quickly. It means: if we extend our hand to MTEL, it will lead us to the top where it is. The competition was really big and strong, his idea is phenomenal and I hope that there will be more opportunities like this in the future", she said and thanked everyone who contributed to her work receiving a record number of votes.

Second-year student of Polytechnic Studies at the University of Donja Gorica Jelica Vuković from Žabljak, says that she discovered her talent for painting during elementary school, but only became more dedicated to that way of visual expression as a "lost" student of dentistry. As she said, during those studies, colors, canvas and brushes were her "refuge from voluminous material, primarily anatomy".

"I found out about the competition through social networks. Since I grew up on Durmitor, it would be easiest for me to go to its top and paint some work. But as I needed a lot of time for inspiration and I followed closely the previous works, I wanted to create something that has not been seen before. My association for the top represents - the whole world. That's how I got the idea to paint a map that I connected with a network of signals representing communications and connections. Also, when we say 'together' we think of someone dear to us. That's why I painted two young people who are climbing to the top together with small but sure steps. There is a girl who represents Mtel and a boy who curiously discovers this 'top'. With the quote in the picture, I want to tell all current and future users of Mtel that getting closer is the first step on the road to success, that staying with you means progress, and cooperation is an indispensable way to success," she paraphrased Henry Ford's words.

She also thanked the Mtel company for enabling young talents to express their creativity in many different ways, and awarded the selected ones with a valuable prize.

The award competition for young people "Together to the Top" has thus entered the final stage and on December 15, the best one will be chosen for the final, 15th prize worth one thousand euros, from all the works that arrived on the website zajednokavrhu.me by November 15. Works that have been awarded so far are entered into the competition for the final prize.
