The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić, after the hearing, issued a decision on the detention of FS due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of violence in the family or in the family community.
In the announcement of the Nikšić ODT, it is written that there is a well-founded suspicion that on August 26 in Nikšić, the FS, through the use of violence, caused injuries to female partners in an intimate relationship.
