The police filed criminal charges against minors LV (14) and LL (14) from Podgorica on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior in conjunction with the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm.
"Namely, the victim KV (25) from Podgorica filed a report against several minors to the Podgorica Security Center on April 20.04.2018, 13.04.2018, in which he stated that those persons assaulted him on April 19,00, XNUMX at around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. in Vuk Mićunovića Street, in the parking lot of Elementary School "Vladimir Nadzor", physically attacked him and gave him several blows in the area of the head and body, for which he was treated in the hospital at the Department of Orthopedics of the Clinical Center of Montenegro", the Police Administration announced.
After receiving the report, the officers of the Criminal Police Unit for Suppression of Juvenile Delinquency of CB Podgorica, in cooperation with the State Prosecutor for Juveniles, who ordered the taking of operational measures and actions, as well as conducting interviews with all persons who participated in this event, submitted a criminal report to that prosecutor. in regular proceedings against LV (14) and LL (14), both from Podgorica, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense of violent behavior in connection with the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm.
"In addition to these two persons, two other minors were identified who are suspected of having committed the aforementioned criminal act, but they are not included in the criminal report because they have not reached the age of 14, and therefore are not criminally - legally responsible," the police announced.
