The Directorate for Property of the Capital City has announced a new public call for land leases for the installation of temporary prefabricated buildings, and those interested can set up an open bar with a terrace on Sastavci, as well as near the Labud beach.
The minimum rental price at these locations, for a period of one year, is 1.500 euros. Locations for an open bar with a terrace are leased for a period of up to one year, with the possibility of extending the lease for the following year.
Considering that at the end of 2017, the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Properties granted the "Labud Plaža" facility the status of an immovable cultural property of local importance, the tenant will have to obtain approval from the Capital City.
"The tenant will set up the temporary building of a prefabricated nature with the prior approval of the competent authority of the Capital City - Podgorica, and in accordance with the conditions that will be an integral part of the approval," the invitation specified.
In addition to these two locations, the Property Directorate offers seven more locations.
An open bar with a terrace can be set up near the "Pavle Rovinski" Elementary School at the Old Airport, at the intersection of Hercegovačka and Ulica slobode, on the Union Bridge, but also at two locations on the Morača coast, near the Sports Center "Morača" and across the street Business center "Palada". The offer also includes two locations in Ulica 13. jula and in Block V.
In the text of the public invitation, it is stated that the areas that the bar with a terrace can occupy, in the mentioned locations, are from five to 20 square meters, and for the annual lease it is necessary to allocate from 300 to 1.350 euros as a minimum.
For lease, the Directorate for Property offers two locations intended for car washes and vehicle technical inspections, at Vrele Ribničke and at the Old Airport. In the invitation, it is specified that these locations are leased for three years, with the possibility of extending the lease.
The Directorate leases two locations for the installation of smaller sports facilities, near SC "Morač" and at the Old Airport, opposite the Football House.
Interested parties can submit bids in the premises of the Property Directorate until April 18 at 15 p.m., and bids will be opened on April 20.
"The notification about the most favorable bidder will be delivered to the participants of the procedure within 8 days from the day of the procedure," the invitation states.
