The reader of "Vijesti" who sent the video claims that it is Ivan Popović from Budva, the brother-in-law of Miloš Marović.

"Instead of the entire handover of documents, as it should be according to the company's regulations, done inside the office, the papers in the Budva Waterworks can be taken out through the window. This is absolutely reprehensible and proof that when you have a relationship you can do whatever you will," said the "Vijesti" reader.
