Fight in the Commercial Court: Airplanes and chairs

Yesterday, the police detained lawyer Nušo Kalač and Ervin, Darvin and Mirsad Redžović after they had a fight in the hall of the Commercial Court, before the scheduled hearing at noon in the office of judge Senada Hasanagić.

Kalač represents the Agricultural cooperative Agrobisernica, one of Redžović is the director and the other members are members of the Board of Directors of the defendant Bisernica AD.

The sources of "Vijesti" claim that during the fight in the court chairs also flew. The corridors of that court are covered by cameras.

The police came at the invitation of private security, which separated the conflicting parties.

“I had to defend myself. I was standing in the corner there. I was attacked by four of them", lawyer Nušo Kalač explained to the "Vijesti" journalist, whose face showed visible scratches and minor cuts after the incident.

He said that he is representing the plaintiff in the dispute who is seeking compensation for damages from Bisernica AD Rožaje.

According to "Vijesti" unofficial information from the court, that litigation was before another judge.

The plaintiff is asking to be compensated for the value of 23 tons of crystalline Brazilian sugar, as well as the value of a cargo van with a capacity of 3-4 tons. In the repeated litigation before Judge Hasanagić, expert testimony is ongoing.

"I didn't see anything, because they didn't even enter the scheduled hearing. The value of the dispute has yet to be determined," a visibly upset judge of the Commercial Court told "Vijesti".

The defendant in that dispute is represented by Milovan Nišavić, a lawyer from Bijelo Polje.

The executive director of the defendant Bisernica AD, according to the data from the Central Register of Companies of the Tax Administration, is Ervin Redžović, and the members of the Board of Directors are Darvin Redžović, Mirsad Redžović and Dr. Bećir Kalač.

And while the police were in the hall of the Commercial Court, the litigants were verbally fighting on the verge of a new incident, so the police had to additionally warn them to calm down.

The President of the Commercial Court, Blažo Jovanić, was busy, as his secretary said, so the "Vijesti" journalist could not get a comment about the incident.

Darvin Redžović was taken to the Emergency Block

Yesterday, the Police Administration told "Vijesta" that their officers responded yesterday to a report that an incident had occurred in the Commercial Court.

"The emergency service of CB Podgorica was... at around 12:14.30, informed by the internal security of the Commercial Court in Podgorica that there had been a violation of public order and peace in the lobby of the Commercial Court in Podgorica. When the CB Podgorica patrol arrived, NK, ER, ER, MR and DR were found at the scene, who at that moment were not disturbing public order and peace, but, as is suspected, before the arrival of the police, waiting for the scheduled hearing before the Commercial Court, had a mutual physical conflict in which they participated, NK on one side and ER, MR and DR on the other. DR suffered bodily injuries in the incident and was taken to the Emergency Block for medical assistance. The mentioned persons were brought to the premises of CB Podgorica in order to collect information from citizens, and the collected information will be presented to the state prosecutor in the ODT in Podgorica, who will subsequently state the qualification of the crime", the police told "Vijesti" yesterday around XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.
