Municipality of Bar: Blackmail will not stop the work in Hungary

On the occasion of the announcement of the DF, which was signed by councilor Zoran Tajić, related to the reconstruction of the sports fields, it was announced from the Municipality of Bar that the Assembly of the Municipality of Bar at the session of December 31.12.2018, 08.01.2019. passed the Spatial Urban Plan of Bar (PUP), which entered into force on January XNUMX, XNUMX. years.

"With the adoption of this plan, the General Urban Plan of Bar, the only valid planning document until then that covered the area of ​​Topolice-Madžarica, where the sports fields are located, was invalidated. This area was never, and not even today, included in a detailed urban plan, which can be checked in the Register of planning documents," the announcement reads.

They add that the sports grounds were built in the previous period in accordance with the then valid regulations and as such can be adapted.

"The PUP of Bar for this area determines the purpose of "surface for sports and recreation", which is clearly shown in the graphic attachments of GUR - Bar Riviera and in the text of the plan. Therefore, the stated announcement is an attempt to misinform the public, because it does not contain any facts, from the name of the alleged DUP- and the time when it was brought, to the purpose of the space, which Tajić as a former councilor should know, given the fact that he was engaged by the Municipality of Bar on several occasions as an auditor of planning documents. and Tajić will not stop the work on the sports fields in Hungary," concludes the announcement of the Municipality of Bar.
