The head of CB Podgorica Milovan Pavićević announced at today's press conference that Mario Milošević from Podgorica killed fellow citizen Miodrag Kruščić.
Milošević was labeled as a member of a criminal group organized by F. B (1990).
According to "Vijesti" information, this is Filip Bešović (1990), and as members of his criminal group, in addition to Milošević, Goran Rakočević (1985), Dejan Vukašinović (1983), Luka Bulatović (1997), Filip Knežević (1989), Marinko Rajković (1991), Mijailo Stojanović (1985) and Sanja Božović (1981).
Police this organized crime group is also suspected of the attempted murder of "Vijesti" journalist Olivera Lakić.
Pavićević said that according to a pre-prepared plan and divided roles, the members of the criminal group monitored and observed the terrain in order to define Kruščić's movements and his daily habits.
"The perpetrators had a prepared route of arrival at the place of execution, with a vehicle of the brand "Golf 5" that was previously stolen and on which the license plates were stolen, during which the perpetrator of the murder, MM, got out of the vehicle wearing a silicone mask on his head, in order to ensure that was not recognized and then approached Miodrag Kruščić in whose direction he fired several projectiles from a "Glock17" pistol, inflicting serious and life-threatening injuries on him, resulting in his death. Also, the perpetrator and co-perpetrators of this criminal act, as members of a criminal group, had are a prepared escape route from the place of execution, a pre-prepared location for the destruction of vehicles and weapons with which the crime was committed, as well as other logistics aimed at concealing traces and objects, their escape and hiding in secret locations," Pavićević said.
Kruščić was killed on May 21 last year in the garden of a restaurant in Podgorica.
Kruščić was the formal owner of the "Beagle" discotheque, but insiders claim that some of the leaders of the criminal Škaljar clan are actually behind that business.
Because of his closeness to those persons, he was allegedly liquidated.
Kruščić had no security, he told his friends that his life was not in danger and he moved freely, despite the fact that he asked the competent services to assess his security.
He never received an official answer.
Mario Milošević was arrested in mid-July last year in Pristina after almost three years on the run.
He was wanted on suspicion of having participated in the murder of Radomir Đuričković from Cetinje on October 10, 2016.
At the end of July last year, the Ministry of Justice announced that conditions had been created to request the extradition of Milošević from the competent authorities of Kosovo.
