The investigating judge of the High Court in Bijelo Polje, Vanja Rakonjac, ordered the custody of DKiz Podgorica for up to 30 days, for the criminal offense of rape, kidnapping and illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
Podgorica police arrested DK on suspicion of raping his ex-girlfriend, and committed the crime with a gun.
He is suspected of abducting and then raping the girl on January 18, in the Kolašina region.
As reported by the police, DK forced the girl to get into his car, after which he took her to a location in Podgorica where he raped her. He then drove the girl to another location, where he let her out of the car.
The girl reported the case to the police a day later, and the police quickly found the vehicle and DK and detained him.
He was interrogated in Bijelo Polje, considering that the event took place on the territory of the municipality of Kolašin.
At the Prosecutor's Office, the suspect claimed that there was no rape, but that everything happened on a voluntary basis.
