Mechanical expert Dragan Čarapić has not yet completed supplementing his findings, which is why the trial on the lawsuit filed by Mersudin Kalić was postponed to March 27.
The expert should comment on the remarks of Kalić and the protector of state-property interests, which they had on the damage assessment of the Hummer vehicle, which was temporarily driven by the police.
Čarapić estimated that Kalić lost more than 20.000 euros during the time the state managed his "hammer".
Kalić is suing the state and the Property Administration for compensation for the "hammer" which, as they say, was returned to them destroyed after they were acquitted of charges of money laundering.
The Property Administration gave Kalić's "hammer" to the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit for use, referring to the legal provision on the transfer of temporarily confiscated property "for humanitarian purposes".
