A girl from Beran who was allegedly abused by minors from that town was heard yesterday in the High Court in Bijelo Polje before the state prosecutor Ljubinka Madžgalj in the presence of a social worker.
According to unofficial information, the girl told "Vijesti" in detail about the terrible ordeal she was going through.
It is suspected that the boys blackmailed her with a video, beat her, threatened her with guns and shot her in the head.
On March 16, the juvenile judge of the High Court in Bijelo Polje, Vanja Rakonjac, heard three juveniles over the age of 14 who are suspected of abusing a girl.
Rakonjac then, after the hearing, instead of detention, which was proposed by the prosecutor Madžgalj, ordered the juveniles to be temporarily housed in the public institution "Ljubović" Center in Podgorica.
Three minors were charged with the criminal offense of "promising with a child", one of them also with the criminal offenses of "illegal sexual acts" and "blackmail", and the other with "child pornography".
Five boys from the school, two of whom are under 12 years old, are suspected of abusing the girl for a long period of time, filming and then blackmailing and forcing her to bring them valuables from the house, which they later resold and shared the money with each other.
The girl's parents found out that something bad was happening in mid-March when a relative informed them that the girl was taking gold to school and giving it to the boys.
The father said earlier that the boys acted like an organized gang, that they took her behind a kiosk, because they knew exactly that there were no cameras there.
When everything was revealed, the little girl confusedly told her parents that it all started a month or two ago and that after her parents revealed everything, she felt relief.
As she said, older boys were waiting for her on the way home and dragged her to an abandoned building.
The father called the boys monsters, pointing out that he could not forgive them for something like this.
"This always happened on Thursdays, when she had four classes. They would wait for her there, and then forcefully drag her to the facility, where they abused her. Once they did that, they filmed her and blackmailed her. We noticed that she behaves strangely and is withdrawn, but we interpreted everything in terms of puberty and age," said the girl's parents earlier.
The girl's father claims that in that facility they tied her up and tortured her in the worst ways, that they even used weapons and that he knows to whom the boys sold the gold, acting in an organized manner.
