Police officer Danilo Čečović said that he noticed that in the incident in the hall of the Assembly in February 2017, MPs Milan Knežević, Branko Radulović, Marina Jočić and Branka Bošnjak took the lead in inappropriate words addressed to DPS MPs.
He stated this in the continuation of the trial of DF MPs, accused of violent behavior in the Assembly.
Jočićeva, Knežević, Radulović and Milutin Đukanović are on trial for the incident in the hall of the Assembly, after the immunity of Andrija Mandić and Knežević was removed. Bob Radunović and Ljuiđ Škrelja.
"The traitors told the DPS MPs who were leaving the hall, shame on you, you will pay, shame on you, I remember that," Čečović said.
He also noticed, he says, that Knežević got in Luiđa Škrelja's face and told him shame on you and you will pay me, and that Radulović tried to grab Miodrag Radunović by the neck.
"Which I prevented. I also noticed that Knežević got in Miško Vuković's face, but I didn't hear what he said to him," said the policeman.
He also added that he does not remember that the DPS MPs responded physically or verbally to the DF MPs, and that there was no reason for them to use coercive means.
"We managed to prevent possible physical contact with warnings and bodies," he said.
He did not see that MP Milutin Đukanović participated in the incident in any way, nor did MP Aleksandra Vuković.
"None of the colleagues mentioned Aleksandra Vuković, nor did I notice anything about her," said the policeman.
He could not remember whether some DPS MPs calmly walked past the DF MPs.
He didn't even see, as Radulović claimed, that Radunović pushed Jočić away, and that's why he reacted.
Radulović suggested that newspaper articles that talk about parliamentary incidents in Croatia and Albania be included in the evidence, and that none of those cases were prosecuted, just as none of the cases that happened earlier in the Montenegrin Parliament were also prosecuted at any time. which way, and they were much harder than this one.
Prosecutor: Do we have to listen to this?
Prosecutor Romina Vlahović, while MP Radulović was asking questions to the witness, stood up and said "do we have to listen to this?".
Judge Željka Jovović told her that the defendant has the right to ask questions of the witness and warned her to speak up when she wants to say something.
"It will be late," stated Vlahović, to which the judge replied
"It won't be late, we're not in a hurry".
The prosecutor also had objections to the work of the judge, stating that the judge "reprimands selectively", and that she only admonishes her immediately, while she has a different approach towards others.
