Podgorica police arrested DR, in whose house weapons, bombs and ammunition were found, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive devices.
"Officials of CB Podgorica found and seized a pistol with a frame and seven bullets, one of which was in the barrel, during an inspection at the DR. In the continuation of the activity, the apartment and other rooms used by this person were searched, and the police found and confiscated an M52 hand grenade." , a hunting rifle and 175 rounds of ammunition from a hunting rifle in illegal possession," the Police Administration announced.
The State Prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered that DR be arrested and taken into custody with a criminal charge, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
"The seized bomb, weapon and ammunition will be sent to the Forensic Center for expert examination," the police conclude.
