The Kotor police arrested three Albanian citizens, A. A (20), A. M (31) and Z. A (22) from Fjero, on suspicion that four days ago they attacked a girl in Prčanj, trying to rob her.
As "Vijesti" learns, the incident happened around 21.30:XNUMX p.m., when the young men noticed a girl who was walking and talking on the phone. They allegedly surrounded her and tried to steal her phone. There was a commotion, the girl tried to run away. Soon, the police came to the scene and arrested the attackers.
The young men were taken to the police station, and the Kotor primary prosecutor ordered their detention. They were charged with a crime - aggravated theft in a brazen manner. "Vijesti" has learned that the young men were hired as workers at a construction site in Tivat.
Today, they were brought before the investigating judge of the Basic Court in Kotor, Špir Pavićević, along with a criminal complaint.
Pavićević confirmed to the News that he heard the defendants in the presence of a defense attorney and an interpreter for the Albanian language, and accepted the prosecutor's proposal and ordered detention for up to 30 days.
Today, the young men were sent to the Investigation Prison in Spuška.
