Officers of the Police Administration - Plužine Security Department, undertaking activities aimed at finding weapons in the illegal possession of citizens, found and confiscated weapons and ammunition.
Police confiscated weapons and ammunition in Plužine, and criminal charges were filed against RN and MD on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
"Officials of the OB Plužina, acting according to the previously obtained order of the investigating judge of the Basic Court in Nikšić, conducted a search at two locations in the territory of the Municipality of Plužina. By searching the house and other premises used by the RN, the police officers found and seized a rifle and two bullets in illegal possession, while "by searching the premises at another location used by the MD, they found and seized a rifle and a pistol in illegal possession. A search of the premises owned by the MD also found a pistol owned by a third party," the police statement said.
The state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić was informed about the event.
