Yesterday, the Budva police, together with the officers of the Criminal Police Sector, searched the apartment and found and seized two pistols with full frames, ammunition, heroin and means of communication with crypto protection, and the suspect was arrested, the Police Directorate announced today.
"On April 29, 2019, the officers of CB Budva and SKP searched the apartment used by BP (30) from Kosovo. On that occasion, the police officers found and seized: an automatic pistol "Škorpion" with a mounted silencer and a full frame, a pistol of the brand "Glock 17" with a full frame, 109 pieces of pistol ammunition, a small amount of light brown powdery substance suspected to be the narcotic drug heroin and two mobile phones, one of which has crypto protection," the Police Administration said in a statement.
The announcement states that the state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed about the incident.
The Police Administration said that BP was presented with a criminal complaint to the state prosecutor in the VDT in Podgorica due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
