Bar police shed light on 13 criminal offenses of theft and one criminal offense of robbery, two persons were arrested, and criminal charges were filed against two in the regular procedure.
"Officers of the Bar Security Center deprived IM (19) and DA (22) of their freedom due to the well-founded suspicion that they had committed 11 criminal acts of theft to the detriment of the economic entity "Primorka" doo Bar. The IM suspected that the criminal offense of robbery was also committed in complicity with minor MB (16) from Bar. It is suspected that these two persons committed the crime of robbery in December 2019 to the detriment of the mini market "Beni komerc" d.o.o., in such a way that they attempted to steal money and a register from an employee at the threat of a knife kasu. The police officers filed a criminal complaint against the minor MB to the state prosecutor for juveniles in the ODT in Bar in the regular procedure due to the suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of robbery," the police announced.
In addition, the Bar police filed a criminal complaint against F.Ć. (25) from Ulcinj because of the well-founded suspicion that he committed two criminal acts of theft.
"He is suspected of having committed these crimes at the end of March 2019 to the detriment of CEDIS, by stealing parts from the substation. During the commission of the criminal offense, the suspect caused an accident at the substation, during which he suffered burns, as a result of which he was hospitalized. F. Ć's life is not in danger and he was discharged for home treatment," the police state.
