The Nikšić police shed light on four criminal acts, three of which were committed against minors.
Criminal charges for three criminal offenses against minors were filed against three persons, two of whom are of security interest.
A criminal complaint was filed against three other persons on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior, the Police Administration announced.
Acting on a report from the Emergency Service of the Medical Center in Nikšić that a minor VD (17) from Nikšić entered their premises with injuries to seek medical help, the police officers took a statement from the injured person in the presence of a legal representative.
"He stated that while he was in the courtyard of the gymnasium, he saw her unknown face holding a Labrador dog on a leash, which at one point moved in his direction and bit him in the area of the upper arm, injuring him. After that, VD came in front with another of the Medical Center when he was approached by three persons who physically attacked him and punched him, after which they walked away. Taking operational and criminal measures and actions, the officers of the Nikšić Security Center identified and prosecuted the suspects, BG, JG and MG, with criminal charges." it is stated in the announcement.
Against BG (61) from Nikšić, who is the owner of the dog, the police filed a criminal complaint with the competent prosecutor due to suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of causing general danger.
The police filed a criminal complaint against his relatives, who, as announced by the Police Administration, are persons of interest to security, JG (28) and MG (38), from Nikšić, due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of violent behavior and criminal offense jeopardizing security to the detriment of a minor VD
"Furthermore, the officers of the Nikšić Security Center shed light on the criminal act of violent behavior committed at the end of April 2019 in Nikšić to the detriment of PB (27) from Nikšić. filed a criminal complaint against TP (20), R.Đ. (24) and DP (25), all persons from Nikšić, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior. It is suspected that these persons physically attacked the injured PB and used electrical - the shocker incapacitated him for defense, hitting him with clenched fists in the area of the head and body. PB was given medical help in a medical facility, where he was diagnosed with minor physical injuries," concludes the statement of the Police Administration.
