I spoke with Filip Bešović about the rental of the apartment in 4.jula Street, and later I found out that the apartment was actually rented by Filip Knežević and Sanja Božović.
This was stated by the witness Nikola Radošević, at the trial of Bešović, Goran Rakočević, Luka Bulatović and Dejan Vukašinović, accused of illegal possession of weapons.
Radošević added that he stands by the statement he made at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, where the same accused, as well as Knežević, Božović, Mario Milošević, Aleksandar Ljumović, Mijajlo Stojanović and Marinko Rajković, are suspected of murdering Miodrag Kruščić and wounding journalist Olivera Lakić.
Bulatović's defense attorney, Miloš Vuksanović, pointed out that the testimony of this witness is a confirmation of the defense's position that this proceeding should not be conducted, and that the witness is testifying about the proceeding being conducted before the VDT.
"Two procedures are intertwined, this apartment does not exist in this particular case," added Vuksanović.
The defense did not consent to the reading of the DNA expert report, so at the next hearing on July 11, they will invite the expert to explain the findings.
In the ODT indictment, Bešović was accused of having unauthorized possession of a large quantity of explosive materials in Pera Ćetkovića Street in Podgorica, then of having, together with Rakočević, a large quantity of weapons, ammunition and explosive materials in another apartment in 4. Jula Street. and that in co-perpetration with Bulatović and Vukašinović in Aerodromska Street in Podgorica, he also illegally kept a large quantity of weapons, ammunition and explosive materials.
Bulatović remains in custody
Vuksanović demanded the abolition of detention for Bulatović, citing, among other things, the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the decisions of the Supreme Court, while the prosecutor Ana Bošković assessed that those decisions of the court in Strasbourg do not indicate that his detention should be abolished, and that Bulatović's detention was extended by the Supreme Court, so he obviously considered that this decision did not apply to him. Judge Larisa Mijušković Stamatović refused to let Bulatović defend himself from freedom, considering that there is still a danger that he will run away or repeat the crime.
