The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) ordered temporary detention for up to 18 days for Dušan Šilj, who was arrested on the basis of an Interpol Podgorica warrant for aggravated murder and illegal possession of weapons and explosive devices, Srna was told in that court, the BN Television portal reports.
According to the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, detention can last from the day of arrest on June 26 to July 14 or until a new decision of the Court. An appeal against this decision does not delay its execution.
After hearing Šilja in the premises of the Banjaluka Police Department, the police officers of the MUP of Republika Srpska today took him to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which issued a decision on temporary detention in the extradition procedure.
