Roža resident Adnan Pepeljak (23) was sentenced in the High Court to one year in prison for selling drugs to a minor.
The verdict was handed down on the basis of the plea agreement that Pepeljak signed with state prosecutor Katarina Kljajević in the presence of lawyer Radovan Obradović.
He is charged with the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs.
According to the indictment, on May 17 of this year, Pepeljak kept around 21 grams of marijuana wrapped in nine wrappers in the family home in Rožaje.
He sold one package of that drug to minor I.Š. for the amount of five euros, which the authorized police officers found with the minor and confiscated.
