Dejan Vukašinović (36) from Podgorica was arrested today at the exit gate of the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions (ZIKS), by order of the state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office.
He suspects that Vukašinović is a member of a criminal association formed by Filip Bešović in 2016 with the aim of committing serious crimes against life and limb.
This criminal association is also suspected of the serious murder of Miodrag Kruščić and the serious bodily injury of "Vijesti" journalist Olivera Lakić.
"This criminal association is suspected of committing the criminal offense of aggravated murder to the detriment of MK, the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm to the detriment of OL and the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials. DV was in ZIKS because of the committed criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosives matter, and in connection with the explosive found in the so-called Štek apartment in a neighborhood in Podgorica," the police state.
The criminal complaint against Vukašinović was filed in the previous period for these crimes.
As announced, the suspect will be brought before the state prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica for further proceedings.
