The Herzegnov police searched the apartment and other premises where Đ.Ž. (24) from Herceg Novi and took away 42 grams of the narcotic drug cocaine, a small amount of marijuana, a digital scale for precise measurement, money suspected to have been obtained from the sale of drugs, as well as a certain amount of ammunition of different calibers.
Đ.Ž. was arrested and a criminal complaint was filed against him, and he is suspected of selling drugs on the street.
"The found narcotic drugs and other items were confiscated from Đ.Ž. with a certificate of temporarily confiscated items issued, after which they were sent to the Forensic Center in Danilovgrad to conduct the necessary expert examinations. The suspect Đ.Ž. was charged with a criminal complaint on 7.8.2019 August XNUMX submitted to the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica for further jurisdiction," the Security Center (CB) of Herceg Novi announced.
Due to the well-founded suspicion that they were engaged in street drug sales, a criminal complaint was filed against AG (18) from Pljevlja and RV (24) from Podgorica.
In the last 10 days, the police from Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat made 15 seizures of different types of intoxicating drugs (cocaine, heroin, LSD, amphetamine, ecstasy and marijuana).
