The Kosovo authorities will extradite Mario Milošević to Montenegro, but only after the completion of the criminal proceedings against him before the competent authorities there.
This was announced to "Vijesta" from the Ministry of Justice headed by Zoran Pažin. Milošević was first wanted by the Montenegrin authorities with an international warrant due to the well-founded suspicion that, together with Igor Mašanović and Vukot Vujačić, he participated in the murder of Radomir Đuričković from Cetinje on October 10, 2016.
The thirty-nine-year-old is then suspected of being the direct perpetrator of the murder of Miodrag Kruščić in Podgorica and of having committed that crime as a member of Filip Bešović's criminal organization, which, among other things, is responsible for injuring Vijesti journalist Olivera Lakić.
"The extradition of the named person to Montenegro is allowed, under a suspended condition, i.e. until the end of the criminal proceedings against Mario Milošević conducted before the competent authorities of the Republic of Kosovo and the execution of any sentence imposed in that proceeding," the Ministry of Justice replies.
The same fate awaits Mašanović and Vujačić - and they will, as announced by that government department, be extradited after the completion of the criminal proceedings against them in Kosovo.
Arrest
Milošević was arrested in mid-July last year in Kosovo, according to an Interpol Podgorica warrant.
Then the Montenegrin police announced that he was deprived of his liberty thanks to the joint action of two police forces.
Đorđe Pavićević was also arrested with him.
At that time, it was said that the police officers found Milosevic armed: "While a further search of these persons found weapons and narcotic drugs", the Police Administration announced on July 18, 2018.
Accusations
In the indictment for the murder of Đuričković in Cetinje, it is stated that the fatal shots were fired by Mašanović, and that Milošević gave money to buy the car, which was driven by Vujačić on the night of the murder.
According to that document, on October 10, 2016, Mašanović intentionally killed Đuričković and endangered the life of Milorad Radulović, using illegal weapons.
"Milošević... gave 2.100 euros to Vujačić for the purchase of a vehicle that will be used to commit the crime. After that, Vujacic... bought a Renault Megane," the indictment reads. It is stated that a day later, Mašanović and Vujačić followed the movements of Đuričković - in order to find a "suitable place to deprive him of his life".
"They waited for Đuričković to get into his vehicle 'Tiguan', and Radulović to get into the passenger seat... When Đuričković drove his vehicle in the direction of Bajova Street, Vujačić entered the opposite lane in his Renault Megane. Đuričković was forced to stop his vehicle, after which Mašanović, from the passenger seat, fired several shots from an automatic rifle in his direction," the prosecutor's document states.
In the order for the investigation into the murder of Kruščić, it is written that Milosevic fired the shots at the restaurateur from Podgorica.
It is stated that, immediately before the liquidation, Filip Knežević from Cetinje drove the Passat along the planned escape route, in order to determine whether there were any unforeseen obstacles on the way and was the precursor for the escape after the crime had been committed.
While Knežević was circling the "trade wind", it is explained that during that time, in a stolen "golf", Mario Milošević and Goran Rakočević came behind the building in Dr.
"Where the defendant Milošević got out of the vehicle wearing a silicone mask on his head to ensure that he would not be recognized, and then passed through the passage of the building, thus approaching Kruščić unnoticed from behind and... firing several projectiles from a 'glock 17' pistol , inflicting serious and life-threatening injuries on him", it is written in the files of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office.
He is said to have then run to his car and fled.
Filip Bešović, as written in the documents of the prosecution, is suspected of having organized a criminal association in order to implement a criminal plan - the murder of Kruščić and the attack on Olivera Lakić.
The prosecution, however, did not specify what connects the two cases.
Even after more than a year after someone tried to kill the journalist, it has not been determined why they shot her.
She was wounded on May 8, 2018, in front of the entrance to the building where she lives in Podgorica.
Representatives of the police and the prosecution held a press conference and announced that they shed light on the attack on the journalist and the murder of Kruščić.
Podgorica police chief Milovan Pavićević then told reporters that Filip Bešović shot Lakićeva, however, this was "denied" by the Higher State Prosecutor's Office a day later when the order for the investigation was issued.
In that prosecutor's act, it is recalled that on May 8, 2018, a criminal offense of grievous bodily harm was committed to the detriment of a journalist, but it also states that they are not sure who did it, Filip Bešović personally, or through one of the members of the criminal group he organized. Pavićević was extradited at the end of July
The Ministry of Justice reminded that Đorđije Pavićević from Kosovo was extradited to Montenegro on July 26, 2019.
Pavićević was in the company of Milošević when they were arrested.
He is wanted for escaping from the Special Hospital for Psychiatry in Kotor, where he was serving a prison sentence for the crime of kidnapping, combined with the crime of attempted extortion.
He escaped from that medical facility on July 3, 2018.
