The police claim to have shed light on the bomb attack six days ago in the yard of ZIKS official Miodrag Strugar and arrested a 17-year-old IT
For the same crime, as the police told Television Vijesti, they are looking for 19-year-old Jagoš Lekić.
The motive is still unknown, but it is suspected that the attack was ordered from the prison.
"We have identified the minor IT (2002) from Podgodirica as the perpetrator of the above-mentioned criminal offense who, through the implementation of criminal processing in the presence of his legal representative, fully admitted and described the manner of committing the criminal offense charged against him, for which he was deprived of his liberty on the same day. of the same criminal act, officers of the Podgorica Security Center defeated JL (19), who is on the run, and a local warrant has been issued for him," Srđan Korać, head of the criminal police station, told TV Vijesti.
He also states that it was established that two young men carried out the bombing.
"That IT and JL on August 13, 08, in the morning hours, according to a previous agreement, drove a vehicle to the settlement of Donja Grica in Podgorica, near the house of MS, after which the first suspect, IT, approached the victim's house on foot and from a safe distance activated a hand grenade," Korać said.
The bomb attack on the property of ZIKS officials is just one in a series this year.
Korać adds that for the first seven months, a decrease in criminal offenses was registered, but also an increase in the percentage of criminal offenses in the area of fires and accidents.
"This year, we are registering more cases that we have shed light on, which is not typical, and criminal offenses in this area, given that traces on the spot are destroyed in the majority of cases".
Why the minor and the runaway Lekić attacked the ZIKS officer has yet to be determined.
Korać did not talk about the motive, but the interlocutor of Television Vijesti from the investigation explains that so far everything indicates that the young men, who are known to the police in the past, committed the crime at the behest of a person who is believed to be in prison.
