During the raid in Beran, the police found and confiscated a "Walter" pistol in a restaurant.
It was announced from the Police Administration that the criminal investigation led to the suspicion that the weapon belonged to D.Š. (29) from Beran.
"The state prosecutor in the ODT in Berane was informed about the event, who ordered that a criminal complaint be filed against D.Š. in regular proceedings due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances," the announcement states.
By searching the apartment used by MM (33) from Kraljevo with residence in Berane, as reported, the police found and seized a powdery substance suspected to be the narcotic drug heroin weighing about 70 grams, a mixture suspected of being intended for mixing with narcotic drugs to gain quantity, scales for accurate measurement and means of communication.
"The state prosecutor in the VDT in Bijelo Polje was informed about the event, who ordered that MM be deprived of his liberty due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs," the police announced.
