The Special State Prosecutor's Office claims that in 2014, Democratic Front deputy Nebojsa Medojević became a member of the criminal group of fugitive businessman Duško Knežević, which also included DPS official Slavoljub Stijepović, and took 10.000 euros of "dirty money" from Knežević.
The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Brajović, submitted to the President of the Administrative Board, Luiđ Škrelja, the request of the Special State Prosecutor's Office for approval that criminal proceedings can be initiated against Medojević.
The request states that Medojević "took over the amount of 10.000,00 euros by agreeing with the organizer of the criminal organization of the Knežević district, Duško, that the said money be taken over at the "Premijer" hotel in Podgorica".
"Well, a member of the criminal organization Rašović Vlatko, acting on the instructions of the Knežević district Duška, took the amount of €10.000,00 from the safe located in the office of the Knežević district in the Atlas bank AD Podgorica, and put it in an envelope on which he wrote "O1iver Espomidija", and then hid the envelope with the money in a book - Monograph of Montenegro, from which he previously removed the cellophane, and after putting the envelope with the money in the book, he returned the cellophane to represent that the book was unwrapped, after which the book with the money thus hidden according to the instructions of district Knežević Duška took it to the reception at the "Premijer" hotel, which was taken over by Šćepanović Željko, the driver of Medojević Nebojša and handed over to Medojević Nebojša, who kept and then used leaving it in legal streams," the request states.
