The President of the Municipal Committee of Demos in Nikšić, Ksenija Milović, said that the public of Montenegro is disturbed and shaken by the physical attack on Jelena Krstić, a single mother of two children.
"Demos strongly condemns this attack and demands that the competent authorities act according to their duty as soon as possible. The victim, JK, in addition to the physical injuries she suffered, also faces an additional injustice, which is the lack of notification of the attack by the competent authorities," she said. is Milović.
She added that it is important to note that the public would not have been aware of this unpleasant event if the victim had not come forward.
"Demos demands zero tolerance towards violence against all citizens of Montenegro. Single parents are today's heroes, they bear the responsibility for at least one more life, and a few days ago it turned out that neither the institutions nor the eyewitnesses are with them. Mute observers of the brutal attack on JK probably are another indicator of the degradation of Montenegrin society and the deep moral crisis it is in.
