Construction inspectors Vladan Juretić and Zoran Bošković threatened me every day and demanded money, saying that they were not alone, but that behind them was the cream of the state and the mafia.
This is what investor Boško Nenezić told "Vijesta" yesterday, after the hearing at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office as a suspect for bribery.
"The pressure on me started last year... I was under a lot of stress and in fear, which is still there - because they presented themselves as gods, said that behind them were people from the top of the state and the criminogenic zone".
Bošković and Juretić were arrested a day after an exclusive recording of a conversation between them and Nenezić was broadcast on Television Vijesti, during which a businessman in a catering facility allegedly handed over 5.000 euros to an official of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism (MORT) in order to allow him to continue construction on the facility despite expired permit.
On the same day, the line minister Pavle Radulović suspended them and a few hours later resigned...
In an interview with "Vijesti", Nenezić repeated that he submitted the criminal complaint in May, and the amendment to it in October, and that his legal representative, lawyer Nikola Kavedžeić, repeatedly took an interest in the case in the police: "I continued to work, but I was I felt pressure from those people... After the building in Lastva, I continued to build the building in Ivanovići, and the pressure did not stop, especially from Juretić".
He claims that at the beginning of July 2018, while he was building in Lastva, Juretić misled him and told him that he would face criminal charges, go to prison and that his building would be demolished, because his construction permit had expired: "But he told me that his boss - Zoran Bošković, can arrange it".
Since then, he says, they asked him for money every day and pressured him.
When asked why he agreed to pay, he said that he consciously played the role in order to record them in case something happened to him:
"When I saw that I could no longer avoid them, that I had to give money, I decided to record and document it. I have never given money to anyone before, nor will I ever. I was forced to do this, because I was consciously going to record them in case something happened to me... To leave a mark with this - that there is a branch of the mafia in the form of state officials who are racketeering the people", said Nenezić.
He said that Juretić scared him with Bošković, telling him that he was "a god who walks the earth and that he is all-powerful"...

"Bošković asked me to accept that I owed them another 10.000 euros and gave me a deadline of September, which I did not agree to. That's why they started persecuting me when I started building in Ivanovići".
He explained that in that Budva settlement he was just preparing for construction, cleaning the lot - when Juretić came and asked for 5.000 euros, saying that he would write a report on him for not fencing the construction site...
"I told him - okay, I will pay a fine of 500, 1.000, 50.000 euros, but I won't give you a dinar and goodbye... I asked him what the fine was for, I cut down three cypress trees and cleaned a shack where no one had lived for 15 years "...
He claims that Juretić then went and reported him, his son and his friend to MK, accusing them of beating him.
"I haven't been in the police for the last 20 years, until Juretić started reporting me. He asks me for a racket, I refuse to give money, and he goes to the police and reports that I beat him or insulted him on a national basis. Of course not. I assume that they are not alone, but that they have helpers, that it is a whole clan... It is a clan that rackets many people around Croj Gora. I am glad that I broke the chain of silence, but I feel guilty because I know that many people are still silent and suffer racketeering and extortion, even those who are not engaged in business but build family houses... For a year and a half, my family and I survived mental torture".
The day after that, he says he confided in lawyer Kavedžić, who advised him to report everything to the police, which he did and took evidence of racketeering.
"I attached the phone and the watch with which I was filming, and there is so much material there to condemn them, so I don't know who they are... Juretić is just asking for money, I thought I could get rid of him. They tried to extort money in September as well, after I reported it... They did it so arrogantly. Juretić asked me for money in front of my son and a girlfriend who works in our company... When MK came to Ivanovići to agree on the concrete, he also asked him for money. And now I believe that someone from the state is behind them".
Pressed on the day of the TV show
Nenezić claims that Bošković and his friends tried to get in touch with him even on the day of his legal representative's guest appearance on the "Načisto" TV show by Vijesti Television. "I was called by a friend who was sitting with Bošković and he asked us to meet and stop it. He also called my friend, trying to influence through him to stop all that."
Kavedžić confirmed that Bošković called him twice, but that he did not answer the phone calls...
Nenezić suspected of bribery
Yesterday, Nenezić was questioned at the High Prosecutor's Office as a suspect for bribery. Lawyer Kavedžić said that Nenezić was first invited to give a statement as a witness, and that the day before the hearing, he was summoned as a suspect.
For more than four hours, he told prosecutor Zoran Vučinić how his problems with building inspectors began and why he allegedly paid them for their services.
"I was not offered the status of a cooperating witness, I would not even agree to it. The case is completely clean. I have a video, which I made solely because that team could harm my children or me," said Nenezić.
He repeated the lawyer's claims - that he did not immediately report everything due to fear of retaliation.
