The judge for the investigation of the High Court in Bijelo Polje, Vanja Rakonjac, today ordered custody for up to 30 days to Beranka Radosava Simonović, suspected of the attempted murder of her neighbor Dragoljub Trišić (25).
The Prosecution did not file a motion for custody of the defendant's brother Vladan Mijović, as well as Trišić's aunt and uncle, Radosav Raičević (37) and Jovica Radević (46).
Their 72-hour detention expires tomorrow.
Trišić suffered serious physical injuries, and the doctors of the Beran hospital saved him from certain death with quick intervention.
After an argument and a fight in Simonović's yard, Radosava stabbed Trišić three times with a 30-centimeter-long kitchen knife with a blade of about 20 centimeters.
"Vijesti" has unofficially learned that Simonović admitted to the Prosecutor's Office that she stabbed her neighbor with a knife, but explained that she did not intend to kill him, while the three participants in the fight denied that they had fought with anyone.
