The trial of Marko Filimanović, accused of creating a criminal organization and illegal possession of weapons, which was scheduled yesterday in the High Court in Podgorica, was postponed to December 17, the panel of judge Vesna Pean decided.
The defendant's defense requested the postponement of the main trial because Filimanović is negotiating with the special state prosecutor's office in order to conclude a plea agreement.
In addition to him, the indictment included Nikola Perović and Saša Bulatović for illegal possession of weapons.
According to the investigator's data, there is reasonable suspicion that Miodrag Miodrag Kruščić was killed with a Glock 17 pistol with serial number FTY619, which witness PN sold to the defendant Filmanović, and who handed it over to the defendant Perović.
