Danilovgrad police found Stefan Cakić from Nikšić, suspected of robbing a betting shop in the town of Trebjes (22), in the trunk of a taxi driven by Ž.V.
The police stopped the car on the Nikšić-Danilovgrad road in Branelovica, and then arrested Cakić, who was armed in the trunk.
The Police Administration announced that a gun suspected of having been used in the commission of the crime was found with him, as well as stolen money.
It is suspected that Cakić stole money from a sports betting shop at the threat of a gun.
"After that, SC, with the threat of this firearm, forced the taxi driver Ž.V. to take him to Podgorica. It is also suspected that SC had in the previous period stolen a large amount of money from several cash registers from one market, thereby committing the criminal offense of aggravated theft. SC was deprived of his liberty by order of the competent prosecutor and brought to the competent prosecutor's office with a criminal complaint due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he had committed the criminal offense of robbery, the criminal offense of aggravated theft and the criminal offense of coercion".
Arrested and suspected of robbery
In a separate case, the police in Nikšić also identified and found a person KK (35) who is suspected of having committed the crime of robbery to the detriment of a market in Nikšić, with threats and the use of force against MB, a person employed in this facility, on which occasion and caused injury. KK was deprived of his liberty and he was ordered to be detained until he is brought before the investigating judge of the Basic Court in Nikšić.
