Saša Agović from Podgorica claimed that the machine gun found not far from his grandmother's house, 40 bullets and the stolen motorcycle were not his and that he knew nothing about them.
He told this during the hearing before the primary prosecutor, Jelena Protić, before whom he admitted that the three hand grenades found in his father's garage were really his.
"He said that those three bombs were in the garage a long time ago and that he had forgotten about them. He told the prosecutor that he commits all the criminal acts because he has problems with his mental health, about which he also provided medical documentation," his lawyer told "Vijesta" lawyer Damir Lekić.
The investigating judge of the Basic Court in Podgorica ordered him to be detained for up to 30 days due to the risk of repeating the crime.
