Members of the so-called Zagorica clan also waited in front of Slobodan Kašćelan yesterday in front of the Spuša prison, after he was released to defend himself against accusations of embezzlement.

Not long after, the alleged leader of the Kavac clan was brought to the Podgorica Security Center, just a few minutes after he was released from custody.

According to unofficial information, the inspectors talked to him about possible threats and reminded him of the court order - that he must report to the police in Kotor regularly and that he must not leave his place of residence.

He left the cell of the Investigation Prison around 14:XNUMX p.m., and uniformed policemen and plainclothes inspectors were waiting for him at the gate of the Administration for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions.

At the previous main hearing on December 10, the court accepted bail in the amount of slightly more than 500.000 euros against the value of real estate offered by family members of the accused Kašćelan for his release from custody, while the lawyer Novica Kašćelan offered 5.000 euros in cash. Kašćelan was accused of embezzlement carried out in an organized manner.

According to the indictment, he gave 50.000 euros on interest to Milan Dragović, and the amount of interest was 10 percent.

He was originally accused of being with Igor Božović at the head of a criminal organization accused of committing serious crimes, including drug smuggling, racketeering, money laundering, extortion, threats, bribery...
