Šćepan Roganović (36) from Novlja is the third victim of that family in the war of Montenegrin clans.
His father Niko (66) was killed on the night of July 26, 2017 in the Dubrava settlement in Novi.
The police never found out who the two attackers were who waited for him a hundred meters from the house where he lived and fired several shots at him.
Three months before the murder of Niko Roganović, his younger son and the brother of Šćepan, who was killed this morning, Duško, was seriously wounded.
That man from Novlja lost both legs in a false explosion on April 26, 2017.
That attack was never brought to light either.
The brother of the Roganović brothers' uncle, Vladimir Roganović (31), was killed on December 21, 2018 in Vienna.
The Roganovics are labeled by the Cmogorje police as members of the Kavac criminal clan.
Vladimir Roganović was considered one of the most important people in the "Kavak clan".
Šćepan Roganović was arrested in October 2017 on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of greenwashing.
In the cocaine war that has been going on since October 2014, 37 people have been killed so far, among them there were also innocent victims.
Members of the Kavački and Škaljar criminal clans were killed on the streets of Montenegro, neighboring countries and European metropolises.
