Investigators suspect that the liquidation of Roganović was organized by a group from Herceg Novi close to the Skaljar criminal clan, and TV Vijesti has confirmed that they are looking for one more person.
None of the authorities wanted to officially confirm this information or the identity of the arrested person to the "News".
One of the sources announced that the suspect was questioned yesterday by special prosecutor Veljko Rutović.

Unofficially, it was said that the local and Kotor police questioned several people whom the police label as members of the Skaljar criminal clan.
However, the Police Administration did not specify whether the murder of Roganović was a continuation of the war of criminal clans.
That thirty-six-year-old is the third victim from the Roganović family since the beginning of the Montenegrin clan conflict.
His father Niko (66) was killed on the night of July 26, 2017. The police did not discover the two attackers who waited for him a hundred meters from the house where he lived and fired several shots at him.
Three months before that murder, his younger son and brother of the murdered Šćepan - Duško - was seriously wounded. That man from Novlja lost both legs in a false explosion on April 26, 2017. That attack was never brought to light either.
The brother of the Roganović brothers' uncle, Vladimir Roganović (31), was killed on December 21, 2018 in Vienna.
