Officers of the Podgorica police arrested Vuk Dragović (43), Mileta Vulević (48) and LJubiđ Kaljaj (65), on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive devices, the Police Administration announced.
The police stated that police officers searched apartments and other premises in Kuči and Tuzi used by VD, MV and D. Kaljaj (26).
"During the searches, two semi-automatic rifles, four rifles, a pistol, about 2,1 kilograms of commercial explosives, a slow-burning stick and 288 pieces of ammunition of various calibers were found and seized," the statement said.
The police said that VD, MV and Lj.K, who is a relative of DK, were arrested due to the well-founded suspicion that they had committed the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials.
The suspects, along with the criminal charges, will be brought to the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.
