During that time, a group of young men went from petty criminals and thugs to high-ranking members of the "Kavak clan", one of the most notorious criminal organizations in Europe.
It is believed that, during the criminal upsurge, those people from Zagori had the wholehearted protection of certain people from the security sector, who either sloppily conducted investigations or "cleaned up" the wrongdoings of gang members...
The most prominent members of the clan are brothers from uncle Vidoja and Radoslav-Gila Stanišić...
They and their friends were arrested and convicted for thefts, robberies, beatings of innocent citizens, attempted murders, racketeering of bar owners, carrying guns and explosives, as well as hacker scams...
During the last stay in Spuz, well-informed sources claim that the leaders of "Zagoričan" used it to join forces with the Kavači clan from the Kotor settlement, whose alleged leaders are Slobodan Kašćelan and Radoje Zvicer.
It was Radoslav and Vidoje Stanišić, at the end of December of this year, who were waiting for Kašćelan in front of the Spu prison, after he was released from prison to defend himself against accusations of embezzlement.

In October 2010, Vidoje Stanišić received one year and four months, and Radoslav two months less. Their brother Saša was only in Spuz for 40 days because of that attack on the younger Medojević.
In July 2012, the public was disturbed by videos of a savage attack from the open pool of SC "Morača", when a group of people from Zagori attacked with pistols and fists two workers, as well as a visitor, because they did not want to pay the entrance fees of three euros.
Only four years later, that savage attack received an epilogue in court - Podgorica court judge Nada Rabrenovoć sentenced the people of Zagorica to several years in prison...
Hackers
At the time when the members of the gang from Zagorič were arrested for going wild at the Podgorica swimming pool because they did not want to pay the entrance fees, there were accusations that they were engaged in more sophisticated criminal methods.
In September 2012, the police arrested Vidoje Stanišić, as well as Nikola and Nebojša Marković, Bojan Pejović, Dragan Kovačević, Radonja Vulević, for committing a computer fraud worth almost a million dollars with the "brain of the operation", hacker Miloš Čujović.
Čujović, who is a wizard in the hacking business, withdrew almost a million euros from Swiss bank accounts, and the money was deposited in Montenegro in the names of gang members from Zagorić. That summer, the police also temporarily confiscated "Hummers", "Mercedes" and "Porsche" from the people of Zagori...
Due to computer fraud, Vidoje Stanišić was sentenced to one year and 10 months in prison by the decision of the Appellate Court. The seven-member group was legally sentenced to a total of 11 years in prison, and Miloš Čujović and Nikola Marković were at the head of the group, according to the indictment.

At the end of 2015, there was a fight in the night club "Velvet" between Zagori residents and members of the Police Intervention Unit, who came to raid the bar.
Vidoje and Radisav Stanišić, Saša Klikovac, Nikola Marković, Željko Popović and Branko Vukanović pulled the trigger, and that night the police in "Velvet" also used spray to subdue the gang members.
The people of Zagori were later sentenced to four years and four months in prison, because they attacked the policemen in the "Velvet" bar. Vidoje Stanišić was sentenced to 10 months in prison. They then filed a report against the police officers, but the proceedings were not initiated.
