Kotor: Among the seven arrested for violating the measures, a Macedonian man was also arrested for walking

Yesterday, the Kotor prosecutor ordered the detention of up to 72 hours for seven people arrested for violating temporary measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Four of them are accused of violating the ban on gathering in a public place, one of them for going out after 19:XNUMX, and two of them were arrested for training in a public place.

The spokeswoman of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor, Tijana Čelanović, announced that such a decision was made after questioning seven suspects that they had committed the criminal offense of not complying with health regulations for the prevention of a dangerous infectious disease.

"Four persons from Kotor BM, MG, DB and MG violated the order of the Ministry of Health to take temporary measures to prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus, which prohibited the presence and detention of more than one person in all public areas, while the suspect LT from North Macedonia left from the residential building in the period between 19:5 and XNUMX:XNUMX. The suspects of RS and NS from Tivat violated the ban on sports and recreational activities on public areas," said Čelanović.

The Police Administration announced yesterday that since the beginning of the application of temporary measures, they have prosecuted 806 people. The orders of the National Coordinating Body for Infectious Diseases were violated the least in Šavnik, where one person was arrested, and the most in Podgorica, where 191 people were arrested.

In Bar, 136 people were prosecuted for violating temporary measures to prevent the coronavirus, 112 in Nikšić, 77 in Herceg Novi, and 40 in Budva.

31 people were arrested in Kotor, 27 in Ulcinj and two less in Danilovgrad for the criminal offense of failure to comply with health regulations for the suppression of a dangerous infectious disease.

23 citizens were prosecuted in Pljevlja, one less in Berane, and 20 people each in Tivat and Plav, while 17 from Bjelopolje and Tuzan will answer for the same criminal act.

Police officers prosecuted 14 people in Rožaje for violating temporary measures, 11 in Cetinje, 10 in Žabljak, and six people each in Mojkovac and Kolašin.

56 people in Montenegro violated the ban on leaving their residences on Saturday from 13:5 p.m. until Sunday at 19:XNUMX a.m. Of that number, Barana was the most arrested, XNUMX of them, the Police Administration announced.
