As part of the "Confirmation" campaign, the Bar police filed criminal charges against six people for the criminal acts of falsifying documents and following health regulations for the prevention of a dangerous infectious disease.
"Through the continuation of this action, the police checked the forms issued by business entities to natural persons exempting them from the ban on intercity traffic. The check included three business entities from the Bar area, "NIP Group" d.o.o., "Kole Commerc" d.o.o., "Sutomore petrol " d.o.o. The police filed criminal charges against the executive directors of these companies, N.P (39), N.K. (46) and V.Z. (59) to the competent prosecutor on suspicion of having committed criminal acts of document forgery. In addition, criminal charges were filed against D.M. (26 ), P.V. (38) and Đ.T. (27) on suspicion of having committed the criminal acts of falsification of documents and failure to comply with health regulations for the suppression of a dangerously contagious disease," the Police Administration announced.
