Dragoljub Laketić (41) is suspected of breaking into the house of Nikšić resident Dragoslav Krulanović on October 3, 2019, dousing the upstairs room with gasoline and setting it on fire.
This was announced by the Police Administration, explaining that Laketić is a security person of interest.
Krulanović, whose house in the town of Kuta - Župa Nikšićka, was also damaged.
"The prosecutor, after the expert examination, qualified the event as a criminal offense of causing general danger and ordered that activities be undertaken to identify and locate the person responsible for this crime. Police officers collected material evidence through criminal processing that indicates the suspicion that the person of security interest is DL ( 41) committed this act. It is suspected that he committed a burglary in the morning hours on the first floor of the DK family house, after which he poured gasoline on the premises and caused a fire with an open flame, after which he left the scene," the Police Directorate announced.
According to the order of the prosecutor, they filed a criminal complaint against Laketić due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of causing general danger.
