Forty-year-old Dalibor Lazović is the author of the insulting and threatening comment written under the text "Lavrov hits out at Đukanović: Milo is under the burden of cigarette smuggling, he has turned against Russia, he is easily manipulated!" published by the Borba portal.
This was announced by the Police Directorate, explaining that Lazović was identified by the officers of the Sector for the Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption:
"The competent state prosecutor has been informed about all the actions undertaken, and the case files have been delivered," the announcement reads.
They explained that Lazović, under the alias Lang, made a comment of an offensive nature - on a religious basis, which was also of a threatening nature.
"Taking measures and actions during police-prosecutor activities, the identification of the person who published the controversial comment was started. Police officers searched the apartment and other premises, as well as the electronic devices used by Dalibor Lazović (40). During the criminal investigation, it was established that DL published that comment on April 28, 2020. In relation to all the measures and actions taken, a case was formed in the Sector for the fight against organized crime and corruption, the files with the collected evidence were submitted to the state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica for a statement, which will be followed by prosecution," the announcement reads.
