State Prosecutor Hasan Lukač interrogated the men from Mojkovac, on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense - rape, and ordered him to be detained for up to 72 hours.
The criminal complaint was filed by the Mojkovac Security Department, which states that he raped his underage sister in mid-June last year.
"The girl was raped despite the fact that she resisted. After the unfortunate event, she did not tell anyone about it until a few days ago when she complained to her sister, after which the family was alerted," said prosecutor Lukač.
The judge for the investigation of the High Court, Vanja Rakonjac, will decide on the initiation of the investigation and the determination of custody.
