Pljevljak suspected of abuse of position: Damaged the company for 98 thousand euros?

The Pljeval police filed a criminal complaint against DK (52) on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of abuse of position in business operations.

Namely, as a responsible person in the company "Agrokooperativa Gradac", DK (52) from Pljevlje is suspected to have abused his position and trust regarding the disposal of the company's assets, exceeded the limits of his authority in business relations, and thus caused damage to the said company in the amount of 98.091 euros", the Police Administration announced.

A criminal complaint was filed against DK to the competent prosecutor's office.
