The Nikšić police claim that they shed light on four criminal acts and prosecuted five persons before the competent prosecutor's office.
As announced by the Police Administration, minors NV (14), AK (15), IV (15) and AJ (14) are suspected of stealing a vehicle from the yard of the ZD family house.
"The prosecutor for juveniles was notified, on whose order a criminal complaint was filed against these persons due to the suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of theft".
The police announced that the theft of a vehicle owned by NB, whose vehicle was also stolen from the yard of the family home, was also revealed.
"It is suspected that this criminal offense was committed by SJ (22) from Nikšić. Also, this person is charged with two more criminal offenses of aggravated theft, because, as is suspected, he broke into a retail store in this city on two occasions and alienated a large amount of cigarettes and alcoholic beverages. Suspect SJ was brought to the competent prosecutor with a criminal complaint, who ordered him to be detained for up to 72 hours until he is brought before a judge for investigation," the police announced.
