Officials of the Sector for the Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption filed a criminal complaint against the minor KB from Podgorica to the State Prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of inciting national, racial and religious hatred.
He is suspected of insulting Senad Begić, assistant director of the Institute for Public Health, on a national basis.
"The police operationally came to know that on May 8, 2020, a minor published a comment on a social network with threatening and offensive content on a national basis and to the detriment of the SB," the Police Administration announced.
They also state that the police soon identified the person and filed a criminal complaint against him.
