The trial of the accused for the murder of Bogdan Milić in Cetinje on June 11, 2019, which was scheduled for today in the High Court in Podgorica, before a special panel chaired by judge Vesna Pean, has been postponed to June 30 because the extradition of Pero Laličić from Croatia is pending. , one of the defendants in this case, told "Vijesta" Aida Muzurović, an independent consultant for public relations of that court.
Lazar Nedović (22) and Pero Laličić (22) are designated as members of a criminal organization who are the direct perpetrators of the murder of Bogdan Milić and the wounding of Goran and Dragan Vušurović and Marko Vujačić, according to the indictment signed by special prosecutor Saša Čađenović.
In addition to Nedović and Laličić, Mitar Marković (26), Moša Paović (19) and Žarko Pejaković (21) are included in the indictment.
According to the investigators' suspicions, they, along with other unidentified persons, became members of a criminal organization formed by an unidentified person in 2109 to commit crimes punishable by a four-year sentence or a heavier sentence.
According to the position of the Prosecutor's Office, each member of the criminal organization had a predetermined task and role, and the action was planned for an indefinite period with the application of precisely defined rules of internal control and discipline of members.
According to the indictment, Marković, on the order of the head of the criminal group, acquired "browing" and "stayer magnicler" pistols for which he did not have a license and handed them over to Nedović and Laličić in order to kill Milić and the people who were with him.
As is well-founded suspicion, they received information from an unknown member of this organization that Bogdan Milić was on the terrace of the "Portun" restaurant.
