The criminal police department today filed a criminal complaint against Gojko Raičević (57) from Podgorica, executive director of NVU "IN4S" Podgorica, due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of tax and contribution evasion, reported the UP.
They clarified that the suspect is accused of causing damage to the budget of Montenegro in the amount of 59.503 euros by committing this criminal act.
"The GR committed this crime, it is suspected, in the way that, as the founder, authorized and responsible person in the non-governmental association "IN4S" from Podgorica, he avoided paying taxes, contributions and other prescribed duties by providing false information about legally acquired income for 2018. which have an impact on the determination of obligations," the statement says.
As they explain, in the monthly VAT report for September and later in the final account for 2018, he "did not show the amount of 240.000 euros, which he earned based on the provision of services to the legal entity "M-tel" doo from Podgorica, and which amount is the basis for calculation of profit tax of NVU "IN4S"".
Raičević is suspected to have caused damage to the budget of Montenegro in the amount of 41.652 euros based on unpaid VAT for September and profit tax for 2018 in the amount of 17.851 euros.
