The Pljeval police claim to have identified persons who participated in three physical attacks in that city.
As it was announced, two persons were prosecuted for misdemeanors.
U in Voja Đenisijevića street, near a restaurant, on August 15 around 00.30:28 a.m., a physical confrontation took place between NS (26) and PD (24) on one side and ML (XNUMX) on the other.
A Request for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings against NS and PD was filed due to offenses under the Law on Public Order and Peace, the police announced.
The Pljevlja police also acted upon a report that a physical fight between five people took place at the Pljevlja hotel on August 15 at around 21.20:XNUMX p.m.
The participants of this event, as stated, were identified as MV (29), MP (28), MT (27), SK (20) and BK (21).
"SK and BK sustained injuries during the physical confrontation and were given medical assistance at the Medical Center, and notifications were collected from them regarding these circumstances. The competent state prosecutor was notified, who ordered the submission of the case file for inspection, after which he will make a statement about qualifications of the criminal act".
In Pljevlja, around 1 o'clock this morning, at the intersection of Mila Peruničića and Kralja Petra streets, there was also a physical fight between five people.
"Police officers took measures and actions within their competence, identified and located the persons who participated in the physical confrontation - MK (59), DK (57) and IK (26) on the one hand and MP (28) and MK (19) on the other on the other side. MK (59), DK, MP and MK (19) were injured on this occasion. A smaller knife with a blade length of 4 cm was found on the spot," the Police Administration announced.
The competent state prosecutor was informed about the event, who ordered that the case be submitted to him for inspection, and after the inspection and examination of the medical reports, he will declare the legal qualification of the criminal act.
