The Special State Prosecutor's Office made an announcement regarding the Možura case.
"In 2017, the Special State Prosecutor's Office started checking suspicious financial transactions of legal entities TU DOO Podgorica and BWP M. DOO Podgorica. Collected evidence and data pointed to the further need to check the operations of several legal entities involved in the implementation of the wind farm construction project on Možura. In this regard, an investigation is being conducted in order to check the legality of this legal work, whereby part of the documentation has already been seized and its analysis is being carried out, while police officers, on the order of the prosecutor, continue to carry out checks and seize evidence related to the business of MWP DOO, as well as status changes, changes in the ownership structure and financial transactions of this legal entity from its foundation to the present day," stated the SDT.
In addition to the above, they add, in April of this year, a case was established in the Special State Prosecutor's Office for the purpose of checking the operations of MWP, which relates to the regularity of the calculation, reporting, payment and refund of VAT, as well as checking the legality of consulting services, in which case the investigation procedure in flow.
"In addition to the already interrogated persons, and the evidentiary actions taken, all measures and actions are actively undertaken with the aim of elucidating the mentioned facts and circumstances, so among other investigative actions in the coming period, the Special State Prosecutor's Office will also undertake the actions of questioning all persons who can provide relevant information related to for the mentioned criminal law events", concludes the announcement of the SDT.
